Access to the ECOTEXNANO toolkit

The ECO-TEXNANO toolkit has been developed under the framework of the LIFE ECO-TEXNANO project with the main purpose of providing the finishing textile industry with an efficient, innovative and user-friendly tool to select nanomaterials applicable to product added value textiles, to suport the risk assessment of nanomaterials on a regulatory basis, and to promote the safe and green use along their life cycle.

The tool includes a decision support tool for selecting NMs with validated applications to achieve added value properties in textiles, a risk assessment application based on exposure estimation models, as well as an information sharing application.
